Saudi employment contracts and Qiwa records
Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development describes an electronic employment-contract service through Qiwa, including employee review and approval. Where relevant to your employment, identify the contract and employer records available to you. Compare the recorded position with your actual duties, paid hours and remuneration. Additional evidence may be needed for an Australian assessment or work-history claim; holding a Qiwa record is not itself an Australian migration assessment.
An Iqama profession and your actual occupation
Use the duties you really performed when discussing a potential Australian occupation. If a residence or employment document uses a broader or different title, explain the difference with the employer’s records rather than rewriting the history. Include promotions, role changes, assignments and periods with different employers. Your Saudi work history and any earlier work in Pakistan, India, Nepal or another country should form one consistent chronology.
Qualifications and regulated professions
Where you studied can differ from both your nationality and current residence. Identify the awarding institution, teaching campus, program and dates before choosing an assessment route. Healthcare and teaching applicants should also distinguish Australian professional registration from migration assessment and visa questions. Saudi professional registration or a local job offer does not by itself answer those Australian requirements. Enquiries from engineering, ICT, business, trades and other professions are welcome too.
Residence changes, family records and document access
If a job change or departure is approaching, check your access to existing contracts, payslips, bank records and employer contacts before it becomes difficult. Map each family member’s relevant residence history and retain consistent identity and relationship records. Use the selected Australian visa checklist and official country guidance for police certificates and translations. Do not assume that a nationality or a previous Saudi residence automatically establishes one universal document list.
Arrange your consultation from Saudi Arabia
Send a short enquiry with your current city, profession or study goal, and any deadline. For appointment planning, include your time zone and suitable times. We confirm whether we can assist, the consultation duration, total fee and proposed scope in writing before you book. Any credit toward later professional fees is explained with its conditions if it forms part of the agreed offer. Detailed documents follow through the agreed collection process; the first enquiry does not need passport numbers or identity uploads.
Common questions
Can I enquire if I am not a Saudi citizen?
Yes. Saudi citizens and expatriate residents can enquire. Your current residence, citizenship, qualification country and work history need to be considered separately.
Does a Saudi job title determine my Australian occupation?
No. The relevant Australian assessment and visa requirements must be checked against your actual qualifications, duties and supportable employment evidence.
Do you have an office in Riyadh or Jeddah?
The practice is based in Western Sydney, Australia and offers online consultations. This guide does not describe a Saudi office.
Can I send my Iqama or passport through the first enquiry form?
Please start with a short overview and leave identity numbers and document scans out. If records are needed, we will explain the agreed collection process.
